Arrived Fort Lauderdale - Port Everglades at 1630. Kayaked for an hour, big homes and yachts everywhere.
Charlotte cooked Teriyaki Salmon, noodles, veggies while I helped Ray with corn on the cobb off the grill. It was YUM!! Calm and clear night. Ray changed the water pump but realized the water filter was either faulty or didn't work so he changed the water filter. It worked.

Day 4 - Port Everglades to No Name Harbor. : Log: Tuesday, 01/29/08.
The platform that holds the high output alternator cracked at the engine mount where it is attached. Ray had to remove it and store it to the side. We were going to head back to Fort Pierce to repair this but after giving it some thought Ray and Charlotte decided to keep sailing but conserve our battery power by shutting down one of the refrigeration units and run the generator to recharge house batteries in the evening.
Anchors up at 0845 after all that.
Sailed to Miami and Biscayne Bay. Anchored in No Name Harbor around 2pm. Walked to the lighthouse. Dinner was Salads with chicken, it was great!
Played the card game “Sequence”, Charlotte got 3 wins, Ray had 2 wins, I got the goose egg.
